Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Premium Store Purchases

Items purchased through our Premium Store are pre-owned and gently used unless otherwise stated. Because these items are used, they are sold as-is and do not include a warranty or guarantee of future performance.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns for Premium Store purchases are accepted in accordance with our standard return policy.

Merchandise Exchanges

New merchandise (tumblers, hats, BP shirts, etc.) may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose to exchange for another product of equal value or request a full refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, odors, pet hair, or other use cannot be exchanged.
